• Champion’s Standard Warranty is included at the same time as your Champion compressors and provides coverage on the compressor package and compressor components for a specified period after startup or purchase. The Standard Warranty ensure the new products, at the time of delivery, are free of defects in the material and workmanship making certain your compressor will be reliably operating for many years to come.
What’s Covered Under the Standard Warranty Plan?
• There is a Standard Warranty Plan in place for all reciprocating compressors offered by Champion. However, the terms vary depending on the specific compressor. This includes:
• 1 year bumper-to-bumper package coverage
• 1-3 years of coverage on the pump package.
• 1-2 years of coverage on the bare pump.
• 1 year of coverage on the electric motors.
• 1 year of coverage on the air receivers.
• 1 year of coverage on labor for the package, electric motor, engines air receivers, and bare pump.
What Champion Products are Eligible?
• All Champion Reciprocating Compressors are covered under the standard warranty. However, the terms may vary depending on the specific compressor type.
What Does It Cost?
• Champion’s Standard Warranty is automatically included at the same time of purchase. Simply use Genuine Champion replacement parts and lubricants and follow the recommended maintenance schedule and your compressor package is covered. Use of the finest parts and lubricants in the industry ensures long life and the best warranty.

What is the Premium Extended Warranty Plan?
• The Premium Extended Warranty Plan is the most comprehensive extended warranty program in the industry. Enrolling your compressor package in the Premium Warranty Plan immediately provides additional warranty coverage on many major package components like the airend. The Premium Extended Warranty is double the coverage with an additional 3 years of warranty on the compressor pump and 6 years of worry-free coverage.
What’s covered under the Premium Warranty Plan?
• 2 years of bumper-to-bumper package coverage
• 6 years of coverage on the pump package. (Includes pump only – Excludes head valves)
• 2 years of coverage on the electric motors.
• 2 years of coverage on the air receivers and dryers.
• 2 years of labor coverage for the package, electric motors, and air receivers.
• 6 years of labor coverage on the pump package.
Which Champion products are eligible?
• The Premium Extended Warranty is available for R-Series, PL-Series, Evolution, and Revolution R-Series Compressors.
What does it cost?
• In order to qualify for the Extended Warranty, you would simply use genuine Champion replacement parts and lubricants. An Extended Warranty Kit would also need to be purchased at the time of sale. This Extended Warranty Kit would have all the oil and filters required for the duration of the Extended Warranty period of 6 years, removing the need to place additional oil and filter orders in a standard environment.
What is the process to sign up?
• To qualify for the Premium Extended Warranty, an Extended Warranty Kit must be purchased at the time of sale.

• 1-2 years of coverage for labor on the airends and major package components.

• (Parts & labor covered yrs. 1-5. Parts covered yrs. 6-10)
• 5 years of parts and labor coverage on both the drive and cooling fan motors
• 5 years of parts and labor coverage on the controller, VFD, air/oil reservoir, air/oil cooler, and precision mixing valve (VS only)
Which Champion products are eligible?
• Any and all Champion lubricated rotary screw/vane compressor packages. However, Champion’s D and DRS Series Compressors Premium Warranty come with a 5-Year Premium Warranty as opposed to the 10-Year.

• There are no sign up fees with the Premium Warranty Plan from Champion. Simply use Genuine Champion replacement parts and lubricants, and follow the recommended maintenance schedule, and your compressor package is covered. Use of the finest parts and lubricants in the industry ensures long life and the best warranty.
What is the process to sign up?
• Registration is easy. We have combined the compressor package startup document (BP-46) with the Premium Warranty registration to make one easy to-use document. Simply fill it out and return to Champion via fax, email, or mail within 30 days of startup.
